CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION<\/h3>

Do I need to be a professional operator to visit REFRIGERA<\/strong>?
REFRIGERA<\/strong>\u00a0is reserved for professionals of industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration, freezing food and cryogenics industries<\/strong>. As a visitor, however, it is not necessary to prove that you work in a specific sector. Please note that \u2013 as in all fairs \u2013 direct sales to the final consumer are not possible.<\/p>

Can children enter?<\/strong>
The show is a business event, and therefore\u00a0we regret to inform visitors that entry is forbidden to children under the age of 16<\/strong>.<\/p>

Can I bring pets?<\/strong>
For security reasons, pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.<\/p>

Is it possible to bring a trolley or luggage?<\/strong>
Yes, it is possible. However, we recommend leaving the trolley \/ luggage at the wardrobe\/cloakroom located at the\u00a0\u201cWest entrance \u2013\u00a0Piazza della Costituzione 3, 40128 Bologna-Italy<\/a>\u201d,\u00a0 West Entrance-Gate of the fairground.<\/p>

Where can I find parking spaces? Are there parking spaces for the disabled?<\/strong>
There are over 5,000 parking spaces on site and are adjacent to the halls.\u00a0 Disabled parking spaces are located near the entrances.<\/p>

Are there pitches for caravans?<\/strong>
A few kilometers from the exhibition centre there is a campsite, where visitors to the fair that come with a caravan can stop. No caravan can be parked on the site of the Bologna Exhibition Centre (FieraBologna).<\/p>

Is there a shuttle\/bus service from the nearby airport or from the Bologna railway station to the exhibition center?<\/strong>
Yes, please check this link:\u00a0Marconi Express<\/a>\u00a0(monorail shuttle from the airport to Central Railway Station), bus lines 35, 38 \u2013 and 39 from\/to Central Railway Station.<\/p>

Are there lockers at the exhibition site?<\/strong>
No, but you can leave your properties and baggage items in the wardrobe\/cloakroom for a small fee anytime, at the \u201cWest entrance \u2013 Piazza della Costituzione 3, 40128 Bologna-Italy\u201d,\u00a0 West Entrance-Gate of the fairground.<\/p>

Is it possible to find a restaurant at the exhibition site?<\/strong>
In the halls you can find bars, cafeterias and self-service restaurants, and all the other essential services available to visitors.<\/p>

Is it possible to charge mobile phones at the exhibition site?<\/strong>
Electrical outlets can be used for free in the Meeting Areas.<\/p>

Who can I contact if I lose something?<\/strong>
Please contact the Organizer\u2019s Staff at the entrance, in the registration area or at the reception desk.<\/p>

Is it possible to buy something at the fair?<\/strong>
No, direct \/ retail sales to the visitor (except for food) are not permitted.<\/p>

Where can I find information on exhibitors and their products and \/ or services?<\/strong>
In the\u00a0EXHIBITORS LIST\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>menu, you can find out all about the exhibiting companies and download the latest exhibitor list (continuously updated).<\/p>

How can I get an admission ticket?<\/strong>
Just register on the event website and get the free admission ticket: REGISTRATION AND ENTRY PASS<\/strong><\/a>.
Of course, you can also register and get the entrance ticket directly at the fair.<\/p>

If I lose my ticket, what can I do?<\/strong>
In the confirmation e-mail you will receive with the registration, you will find a link that you can use to print the ticket again.<\/p>

Can I use public transport in Bologna with the exhibition ticket?<\/strong>
No, unfortunately it is not possible to use public transport with the event ticket.<\/p>

PASSPORT VISAS<\/h3>

Where can I get a visa to visit the fair?<\/strong>
It is possible to obtain an entry visa for Italy by requesting the invitation letter to the exhibiting companies, to be attached in the accompanying documents for a visa request.
