Save the Date: Refrigera Show 2027

Refrigera Show returns to BolognaFiere from 10 to 12 November 2027. The international event is dedicated to industrial, commercial, and logistics refrigeration, as well as freezing and cryogenics, now in its fifth edition.

The biennial exhibition continues to be a key reference point for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean in the sector. Over 250 exhibitors are expected across Halls 29, 30, and the Mall, where refrigeration professionals, managers, and operators will have the opportunity to meet leading national and international suppliers of technologies, machinery, components, and services.

A prominent expanded area will be dedicated to technologies for the production, processing, and preservation of frozen foods, with particular focus on pre-treatment, processing, packaging, and storage. Significant attention will also be given to cryogenics, featuring exhibitors and specialized conference sessions.

At the same time, the second edition of Applitech 2027, focused on appliance manufacturing technologies, will take place, reinforcing Refrigera’s role as a hub for business, training, and professional development across the entire sector. Workshops, conferences, and high-level training events, organized in collaboration with associations and research centers, will enrich the program.

Refrigera 2027 thus confirms itself as a strategic opportunity for networking and commercial development for all industry professionals.
