Then, within REFRIGERA 2027, the area dedicated to FOOD FREEZING TECHNOLOGIES – SURGELA will be improved: pre-treatment, processing, packaging and storage technologies, and then equipment, materials and services are the key sectors of the show.
The cryogenics sector will also be represented at REFRIGERA 2027, with both major exhibitors and dedicated conference sessions.
In addition, to the industrial, commercial, and logistics refrigeration industries, REFRIGERA is therefore increasingly targeting the food freezing industry and the cryogenics sector.
Furthermore, after the success of the 2025 edition, the second edition of the APPLITECH 2027, the trade show dedicated to technologies for the production of household appliances, will take place.
