Global refrigeration market to exceed $67 billion in 2030

The value of the global refrigeration market will grow from the current $51.26 billion to $67.31 billion in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 5.6%. This is revealed in the latest study by MarketsandMarkets, according to which sectors such as food retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals and logistics will contribute most to this increase.

Refrigeration for transport will play an important role, estimated to account for almost a third of the market, thanks in part to the development of global trade in perishable goods. The geographical area that will grow the most, at a rate of 7%, is Asia-Pacific.

The world of industrial, commercial, logistics, deep-freezing and cryogenic refrigeration will come together at Refrigera Show, the international event for the sector, to be held at BolognaFiere from 10 to 12 November 2027.
